Transparency

How Your Support Is Used

Our Commitment

At VSV, transparency is not an afterthought — it is the foundation of everything we do. We believe that when you give, you should be able to understand: where your donation goes, how it is used, and who it helps. Our goal is to make giving clear, accountable, and visible.

How Funds Flow

Every donation follows a simple and traceable path:1. Donation Received: Contributions are collected through our official donation platform.2. Project Allocation: Funds are directed to specific projects or areas of need.3. Local Implementation: Our trusted partners use funds for clearly defined purposes.4. Documentation & Updates: We collect updates, photos, and supporting information whenever possible.

What We Track

  • Project descriptions and goalsEstimated budgetsPhotos and progress updatesExpense summaries (when available)

In many cases, especially in rural areas, formal receipts may not always be available. When that happens, we rely on photo documentation, written explanations, and on-the-ground verification.

Our Approach to Accountability

  • Donations are tied to specific projects whenever possibleFunds are not pooled without purposeEach project has defined needs and outcomes

If a project requires additional support beyond what was originally approved, a new request is reviewed before funds are allocated.
